PATRICIA ANN DAY, age 65 of Smyrna died Wednesday January 21, 2009 at home. She was a native of Corning, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late, Henry Shelton and Edith Wright. Visitation will be 6PM to 8PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be 2PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. Bobby Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Donald Day; five children, James Day of FL, Edith Kitchens of OK, Earl Day of FL, Douglas Day of OK, and Samuel Day of Murfreesboro; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; sisters, Mary Graham of Smyrna, Diana Woods of AZ; brothers, H.D. Shelton of MO, Oscar Berry of VA; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Day had worked for Dillards and was a devoted wife and mother.
