Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Anjelica Velasquez, Parents, Bobby and Jeannette Pelfrey all of LaVergne, brother, Jerry (Tara) Cook of Port St Lucia, FL, aunt, Judy McElroy, uncles, Billy (Cynthia) Gunter, Tommy (Stormy) Gunter, nephews, Jeremy and Tyler, niece, Taylor and several cousins.
