Olivette B. Bechard, age 99 of LaVergne, Tennessee, passed away at Alive Hospice in Nashville on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

She was born on January 15, 1923 to the late John and Maria Paquette of Nashua, New Hampshire.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Maurice Bechard, and sons Daniel, Robert, and Leo Bechard.

Survivors include sons, Rodney Bechard of Nashville, Tennessee, and Albert Bechard of LaVergne, Tennessee; two daughters, Mona Bouthillier of White River Junction, Vermont and Laura Ducas of Milford, New Hampshire; daughters-in-law, Antonia (Toni) Bechard and Anita Bechard; and son-in-law, Conrad Ducas. Mrs. Bechard had 18 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, 203 N Lowry St., Smyrna, TN 37167. The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, December 11, 2022 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and Monday, December 12, 2022 between the hours of 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM followed by the service. A private burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
