Olin B. Allen, age 80 of LaVergne, TN passed away on Thursday, April 18 ^th , 2019. He was born in Jackson County, TN to the late Daniel and Effie Bean Allen. In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death a daughter, Regena Foley, three brothers, and two sisters.

Mr. Allen is survived by his wife of 62 years, Helen Townsend Allen; daughter, Teressa George and husband Gene; son, Rickey Allen; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and siblings Roy Allen, Gene Allen, and Joyce Jones.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 22 ^nd , 2019 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and Tuesday, April 23 ^rd , 2019 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Mapleview Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
