Novella "Lil Wolfie" Duke, age 45 of Murfreesboro, died Tuesday. She was a native of Nashville, Tennessee and a daughter of Brenda Raines Duke and the late Hanson Duke, Sr. She was a United Sates Coast Guard Veteran, a talented painter, and a lover of Persian cats. Her physical limitations never affected her positive attitude and she was an inspiration to everyone she met. Survivors include her mother Brenda Duke of Rockvale; a sister Carmella Duke of Murfreesboro; a brother Hanson Duke, Jr. of Bradyville and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday from 3:00 until 7:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Pastor Ron Bevels officiating.
