Mrs. Norma Ruth MacKey Gibson, age 82, of Hastings, Michigan died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at her home. She was born in Waldron, Michigan and was the daughter of the late Ray & Wilma Wade MacKey. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria Jean Gibson of Hastings, Michigan; sons, Max W. Gibson, Hoovers Gap Community and Rex Gibson, Sevierville, Tn.; sister, Caroline Howe, Grand Haven, Michigan; four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral services 2 pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Rev. Gary Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be after 10 am Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Gibson was married to the late Winnell Hall Gibson. She was a Protestant and a homemaker.
