Naomi Leah Hammock, age 93, of Murfreesboro, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012. She was a native of Wilder, TN and the daughter of the late Beldon K. and Ellen Wright Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Lloyd E. Hammock. Memorial service will be 7:00pm Monday, March 19, 2012 at Central Christian Church in Murfreesboro. Steve Odom will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memorial Gardens at a later date. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Anderson of Murfreesboro, grandchildren, Eric (Carla) Anderson of Murfreesboro, Katharine Jungkind of Memphis, great grandchildren, Phoebe, Faith, and Hope Anderson, several nieces and nephews, and special friends Mary Kausek and Gary Bixler. Mrs. Hammock was a member of Robertsville Baptist Church in Oak Ridge. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00pm Monday, March 19, 2012 at Central Christian Church.
