He is survived by his wife, Pheth Phaphilom, children, Viengvham Phaphilom, Viengsavanh Phaphilom, Viengthong Phaphilom, Viengxay Phaphilom, Viengngeune Phaphilom, Ahavanh Phaphilom, Santi Phaphilom, Ham Phaphilom, Pheth Phaphilom, and 11 grandchildren.
