NANCY ELIZABETH OLDFIELD, age 71, of Smyrna, Tn. died Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at StoneCrest Medical Center. She was born in Mulberry, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late James B. Tucker and Frankie Simmons Tucker Crowell. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Donald Oldfield; daughter Ann (Gene) King of Donelson; sons, James E. Oldfield and Michael (Jennifer) Oldfield of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Geoffrey (Kristi) King, Tiffany King, Nancy Oldfield, Megan Oldfield, Travis Oldfield, Chelsie Oldfield, Lauren Oldfield, David Oldfield; great grandchildren, Destiny (Little Angel) King-Mangrum; sisters, Jewell (Huston) Branch of Tullahoma, Betty Howard of Chicago, Ethel Childers of Lynchburg and Caroline Martin of Fayetteville; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services 10 am Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor David Hill officiating. Visitation with the family 2-8 pm Thursday and 2-8 pm Friday. Burial will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Oldfield was a member of the Nazarene Church. She was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Glenn Oldfield, Brother, James Marvin Tucker.
