Nancy Carol Hocutt, age 80 of LaVergne formerly of Jackson, MS died Wednesday November 14, 2018. She was a native of Goodman MS and was preceded in death by her parents, Gid and Mary Ables Hocutt; sister, Peggy Cooksey. Ms. Hocutt was of the Methodist Faith and was a retired Bookkeeper.

She is survived by a sister, Faye Higginbotham of LaVergne; Nieces; Melissa Watson of LaVergne, Pam Hicks of Mississippi, Paula Pepper of Mississippi; nephews, Lynn Higginbotham and wife Debra of LaVergne; Alex and Rex Cooksey of Mississippi.

Visitation will be 10AM until 11AM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be 11AM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Kevin Barrett will officiate. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery www.woodfinchapel.com
