MYRTLE I. BLURTON, age 83, of Murfreesboro, died August 12, 2013. She was a native of Bridge City, Texas, and daughter of the late G.W. and Ada Walker Reed. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel Burial will be in Coleman Cemetery. Mrs. Blurton is survived by her son and daughter in law, Randy and Marie Blurton of Murfreesboro; one granddaughter, three great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren. Mrs. Blurton was married to the late Arnie Gene Blurton. Mrs. Blurton was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church and a retired bookkeeper with J.C. Penny. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
