MURIEL HAYES STONE, age 92, of Murfreesboro, died January 22, 2010 at Adams Place. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years James M. Stone who died in 1998. Mrs. Stone was a native of Rutherford Co. and daughter of the late Robert and Jeanette Rucker Hayes. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Walter Taylor of Murfreesboro; grandson, Eddie (Stormy) Taylor of Murfreesboro. Three great grandchildren, Austin, Mackensie, and Lane Taylor. Mrs. Stone was a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ and was retired from Singer Distribution Center and Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. Julian Goodpaster, Bro. John Risse, and Bro. David Arnold will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
