Mildred "Millie" Davis, age 87 of Smyrna died Tuesday February 21, 2017. She was a native of Hammond IN and was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Davis; parents, John and Edith Gee McCollom; sister, Shirley Beard; brothers, John, Wayne, and Kenneth McCollom; son-in-law, Arvile Hite. Mrs. Davis was a member of Smyrna Church of the Nazarene and a Door Greeter at Wal-Mart for several years.

She is survived by her daughters; Bonnie Hite of Whites Creeks, Sandra Clintsman and husband John of Woodlawn; sons, Richard Tresner and wife Beth of Paris, Il.,   Robert Tresner and wife Tammie of Nashville; ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Jeannie Beard and husband Larry of Clinton, IN., Judy Fitzsimmons of Dayton, OH and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 7:00PM Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Pastor Tony Clemons will officiate. Graveside service will be 10:30 AM Friday at Calvary Cemetery in Nashville. Visitation will be 2:00PM until 7:00Pm Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
