Michael Rafael Souviron, age 52 of Murfreesboro, died suddenly on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 of a massive heart attack. He was a native of Miami, FL and the son of the late Virginia Robson Pauline. He is survived by his wife, Becky Souviron, sons Daniel Souviron, Jonathon Souviron, stepson, Cory Nelms all of Murfreesboro, father, Dr. Richard Souviron and his wife Barbara of Coral Gables, Florida, brothers, Scott Souviron of Anderson, SC, Grant Souviron of Coral Gables Florida, sister, Heather Souviron Snyder of Cleveland, GA, grandchildren, Julius and Gabriel Souviron, stepfather, Bruce Pauline of Cleveland, GA, and six nieces and nephews. Michael was a faithful member of St. Patrick's Anglican Church and a very active owner of Evergreen Lawn Care and Landscaping. He was a passionate member of the Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club as a sustaining member and Paul Harris Fellow. He was a student at Castle Heights Military Academy in Lebanon, TN for 4 years. He lettered in football. He was a linebacker & they were state champions in their division, at that time. Some people knew Michael by his nick name "Hammer". He was an honor student & on the Dean's list. Michael was an excellent hunter and spear fisherman. He was also an excellent shot and once shot a turkey in the eyeball with a 22 rifle and was an excellent skeet shooter and trap shooter. According to his father, while he was trying to be Wyatt Earp, he also shot himself in the foot one time practicing quick draw. Michael was a Dive Master and enjoyed scuba diving in the Caribbean Sea. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and a gun enthusiast that believed deeply in his right to bear arms, his family's protection, and the well being of others. Memorials may be made to the St. Patrick's Anglican Church, 7103 Baker Road, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 in his memory. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 5:00pm Monday at the Cole House at St. Patrick's Anglican Church followed by a Memorial Service at 5:00pm Monday at the Church with Fr. Raymond F. Kasch and Fr.
