Michael L. Creasy, age 54 of Smyrna passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2015. He was born in Chicago, IL and was preceded in death by his father, Bill Wayne Creasy. Funeral Service will be 1:00pm Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Creasy, mother, Alta Lois Hartman Creasy of Clifton, TN, son, Terry James Stewart of Lebanon, daughters, Melissa Dawn Creasy of Smyrna, Brittany Nicole Dwyer of Hermitage, brothers, Charles Alan Dickson of Clifton, J.R. Creasy of Smyrna, sisters, Sandy Holmes of Clifton, Alta Elizabeth Amagliani of Murfreesboro, Kelly Lynn Hood of Smyrna, Angel Renee Duke of Lebanon, grandchildren, Mia, Leah, Whitney, Matthew, Aubrey, Michael, Bella and Sophia, numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family members.
