Michael Arnold, age 63, of Murfreesboro, TN, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 26, 2017. A native of Rutherford County, he was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Herman and Mattie Sue Ferrell Arnold; and two brothers, infant Billy Windell Arnold and Bobby Arnold; and nephew, Steve McCluskey.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brian Harrell will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

He is survived by his sisters, Christine Rowland and her husband James, Olene McCluskey, Linda Goddard; and brother, Jackson Arnold and his wife Diane all of Murfreesboro; along with one niece and several nephews.

Michael attended  Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and attended Mitchell Neilson School growing up. He was known for his passion of consuming hamburgers and love for pepsi. Michael also enjoyed working puzzles, listening to country music and watching western movies. He suffered with type 2 Diabetes for 15 years and had lived with his mama until her passing in 2005. Afterwards, Michael lived with his sisters at different times, while his brother attended to his care including trips to McDonalds, Michael's favorite place to eat.

Michaels nephews, Chris and Mark Rowland, Troy Arnold, Jeff Arnold, Mark McCluskey, Brent McCluskey, and Kirk and Shane Goddard will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
