MERLE WAYNE SANFORD, age 73 of Murfreesboro died Monday May 31, 2010 at home. He was a native of Goodsprings, AL and was the son of the late, Lewis and Velva Odom Sanford. He was a member of The North Murfreesboro congregation of Jehovahs Witness, and retired with State Farm Insurance. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Sanford; two daughters, Valerie Merritt and her husband Gary, Wendy Glass and her husband, David; grandchildren, Joshua, Savannah, and Logan; all of Murfreesboro; one brother, L.G. Sanford of Foley, AL. A private family graveside service was held. Memorial service will be 4:00PM Saturday at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses at 1720 E Northfield Blvd in Murfreesboro, TN 37130.
