Meredith Lea Cook, age 45, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014. She was a native of Granite City, IL and the daughter of the late Floyd David Moss. She is survived by her mother, Sheila Kay Crump Moss of Smyrna, son, Zakary Cook of Nolensville, brother, David Michael Moss of Smyrna and sister, Denise Kay Harms of Franklin. Meredith was a Registered Nurse and also attended Daymar Institute for paralegal training. Visitation will be from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
