Melanie Cynthia Drennan French, age 58 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on August 17, 2021. She was born in Murfreesboro, TN to Dalton and Cynthia Drennan. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Anne Thaxton (J.), Alicia Wall (Jeff), Miriam Drennan, and Henry "Hank" Drennan (Caroline); nieces and nephews, Clay Thaxton (Andrea), Drew Thaxton (Michelle), Luke Thaxton (Brooke), Millie Thaxton, Keagan Thaxton, Laurel Wall, Liesal Wall, and Lyndsey Wall; and great-nephew, Charles Henry Thaxton.

Melanie is preceded in death by her son, Calvin French.

Private graveside services will be held for family only.

Donations may be made in Melanie's memory to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, or PAWS of Rutherford County.
