Maxine Pierce Chilton passed from this life peacefully in her sleep at the age of eighty-nine. She is survived by her devoted husband of seventy-one years, Robert Anthony Chilton. Together they resided at Stones River Manor, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She is also survived by her three daughters: Muriel Chilton Miller(Victor) and twins Sheila Chilton Ring (Richard) and Kaylea Chilton Mangrum (Donnie); by her grandchildren: Rodney Gwatney, John Mangrum, Karrie Peterson Price, Paul Peterson, Lea Mangrum Bartch, Hailee Ring Truelove and Phillip Mangrum; and great-grandchildren: Julea Bartch, Dallas Truelove, Bowen Truelove, Emma Bartch, Tucker Bartch, Chloe Truelove, Audrey Mangrum, Andrew Mangrum, Derek Gwatney, Ashley Gwatney, Kayleigh Gwatney, Austin Gwatney, Tray Gwatney, Payton Peterson and Seth Peterson. Her body will be laid to rest at Browns Chapel Cemetery in Broseley, Missouri, near her parents Ira and Flora Ella (Flo) Pierce. She has now joined her grandson, Patrick Chilton Ring, in heaven until we meet again. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes.
