Mary Hellon Robinson Stanley, age 62, of Murfreesboro, TN. died Monday, December 20, 2010 at Community Care. A native of Rutherford County she was the daughter of the late Cecil C. Robinson. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Pastor Steve Pendergrast and Assistant Pastor Steve Thornton will officiate. Burial will follow in Robinson Ridge Cemetery. Mrs. Stanley is survived by her mother, Viola Brown Burks of Murfreesboro; sisters, Dorothy (Earl) Green of Murfreesboro, Linda Arthur of Huntington, W.V., and Carolyn Robinson of Woodbury, TN.; brothers, Carl Robinson of Georgia, Stonie Burks of Murfreesboro, Jimmie Robinson and David Robinson; daughters, Madeline Graham of Murfreesboro, Rhonda Faye Stanley of Washington State; a son, William Cecil Stanley of Washington State; grandchildren, Sonya Kennedy and Carla Taylor of Murfreesboro; great grandchild, Colin Kennedy of Murfreesboro; special niece, Charlotte Mayo of Murfreesboro; and a host of nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles. Mrs. Stanley was of the Baptist faith. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be from 12PM until the time of the service on Thursday at WOODFIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL. 893-5151.
