Mary Elizabeth Bullard McClanahan, age 72, of Murfreesboro, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. A native of Rutherford County she was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin and Sudie Page Bullard; and her brother, James Bullard. Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brother Charles Mullins and Brother Tony Holt will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. McClanahan is survived by her husband, Samuel Ralston McClanahan; sons, Kevin McClanahan and his wife Teresa of Franklin, TN and Keith McClanahan and his wife Gina of Murfreesboro; brother, Edward Bullard of Stockton, CA; sister, Billie Gortney of Murfreesboro; and three granddaughters, Jessica, Leigh and Hope McClanahan. Mrs. McClanahan was a member of Kingwood Heights Church of Christ. The elders of Kingwood Heights Church of Christ will serve as pallbearers.
