Mary Corinne "Kinny Girl" Hicks, age 78, of Smyrna passed away on Monday, August 6, 2018. She was a native of Portland, TN and the daughter of the late Lathan A. and Jewell Moore McWhirter. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Hicks and daughter, Robin Michelle Hall.

Funeral Service will be 1:30pm Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Murfreesboro, TN.

She is survived by her daughter, Cara Schlein Hall of Smyrna, son, Christopher Dewayne Hicks of Smyrna, sister, Helen Baker of Gainesville, FL, brother, James (Sharon) McWhirter of Murfreesboro, grandchildren, Chanda Hall, Jeremy Walls, Breanna Feinstein, Johnny and Parker Hicks, Bentley Hicks, and Ali Jo Gadd, great grandchildren, Lucas, Jordan and Zachary Jones, Brooklyne Stevens, Connor Hall and Rylan Martin, nieces, Debbie and Becky McWhirter, nephews, Michael McWhirter, Jimmy and Randy Baker.
