Mary Hosford, age 87, of Smyrna died Sunday at her home surrounded by her family. She was a native of Dover, TN and a daughter of the late Emory Earl and Lola Stavely Gardner. She was also preceded by her husband Samuel L. Hosford, Sr. and her son Samuel L. Hosford, Jr. Mrs. Hosford is survived by a daughter Sherry Hosford Crockett of Smyrna; five grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Mrs. Hosford was a member of Stewarts Creek church of Christ and retired from Nashville Memorial Hospital after 25 years of service. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 am until the time of funeral services beginning at 12:00 noon at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Bro. Allen Vick officiating.
