Mary Anne Scott, age 80 of Murfreesboro, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 26, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond E. Scott. Memorial service will be 7:00pm Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Pastor Mike Creasy will officiate. She is survived by her children, Angela Ford and her husband Randy of Murfreesboro, Ernie Cairo and his wife Kathy of Murfreesboro, Brad Scott of Alaska, grandchildren, Allan Daugherty, Raymond Daugherty, Joseph Jennings, Ernie Jennings, MaryAnne Jones, Melody Cripps and her husband Matt, Jonathan Davis, Brandon Scott and 10 great grandchildren. Mrs. Scott was a member of The Carpenter's House where she was a Pastoral Counselor for the Lazareth Project. She started All God's Children Ministries which has ministered to the Juvenile Detention Center in Murfreesboro for the last 20 years.
