MARY CARMINE ALSUP, age 89, of Murfreesboro, Tn. died February 14, 2009 at StoneCrest Medical Center. She was born in Rutherford County and was the daughter of the late Homer & Annie Mae McRae Alsup. She is survived by her sons, Jerry Alsup and his wife, Carol of Murfreesboro, John Alsup and his wife, Judy of Smithville; daughters, Pam Alsup and Mary Alsup of Murfreesboro; grandsons, John Miller Alsup and Jacob Alsup of Smithville. Visitation with the family will be 4-7 pm Sunday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Graveside services will be at 2 pm Monday at Alsup Cemetery in Wilson County. Mrs. Alsup was preceded in death by her husband Lillard Jacob Alsup, a step son, Sonny Alsup and her brothers, James, John, Hubert and Bill Alsup. Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
