Mr. Marvin Randell Barrett, age 79, of Smyrna, TN passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019. He was born in Rutherford County, TN to the late John and Ollie Rose Barrett. Mr. Barrett retired from Smyrna Golf Course after over 25 years of employment.

Mr. Barrett is survived by his children, Jonathan Parham and his wife Jennifer, Margaret Parham, and Amanda Ramsey; brother, Clayton Barrett and his wife Marie; sister, Jeannie Anderson; and eleven grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Teresea Lynn Barrett, and a sister, Carolyn Love.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be Friday, October 25, 2019 at 12:00noon at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Bro. Mike Watson will officiate. Burial will take place in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Pall bearers will be Jonathan Parham, Donavin Ramsey, Lucas Uhl, Ray Ramsey, Matthew Watson, Jason Keys, Brett Barrett, and Kenny Ramsey.
