Martha Josephine Hargrove, age 89, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, James "Jim" and Bessie White Boyce; daughter, Brenda Carol Wray; brother, William Boyce; and sister, Wilma Poe.

She is survived by her children, Donna Gipson and her husband Joe, Kaye Simpson, and James Hargrove; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, other family, and close friends.

Martha was a native of Rutherford County. She was a devoted, caring, and resilient woman who loved her family unconditionally.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Simpson Cemetery near Rover, TN.
