Marjorie White, age 86 of Murfreesboro died Sunday at her home. She was a native of McDonald, Kansas and the daughter of the late Richard and Alfaretta Bartholomew Courtright. She was also preceded in death by her husband Wilbur H. White who died in 1988.

Memorial service will be 2:00PM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Central Christian Church. Rev. Steve Odom will officiate. Visitation will follow the service at the church. Burial will be in Nashville National Cemetery at a later date.

Mrs. White is survived by son, Steven White of Liberty; daughter Vicki White of Murfreesboro; sister, Ruth Looney of Maryland; and a brother, William Courtright of San Francisco; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mrs. White was member of Central Christian Church. She was life member of the Clown Association, VFW Post 4575, Moose Lodge, St. Clair Senior Citizens, and the Order of the Eastern Star.
