MARION HUNT HOWES, age 74, of Park View Meadows died Saturday, June 27, 2009. She was a native of Murfreesboro and daughter of the late Calvin E. and Bessie Ray Hunt. Visitation will be from 1:00pm until 2:30pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Graveside service will be 3:00pm Tuesday at Mapleview Cemetery. Pastor Jack Harper will officiate. She is survived by her husband, George S. Howes, two sons, George David and his wife Debra Howes of Wilson, NC, and Christopher D. Howes of Birmingham, AL, one daughter, Joy Patricia Howes of Clarksville, one sister, Joy Hunt Nelson of Murfreesboro. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles E. Hunt and Kenneth J. Hunt.
