MARIE MCDONALD, age 91 a resident of Adams Place in Murfreesboro died Friday September 17, 2010. She was a native of Detroit Michigan and was preceded in death by her husband, George Harold McDonald and parents John and Anna Pujol Gerard. Mrs. McDonald was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Murfreesboro and was retired from Suffolk County Police Department in the Detective Division. She is survived by her daughter, Anne DePrince and husband Albert of Murfreesboro; son George Harold McDonald, Jr. of Centerville; three grandchildren Anne Pujol DePrince of Colorado, Elizabeth DePrince Smith and husband, Douglas of Massachusetts, and A. Eugene DePrince, III of Illinois; one great-granddaughter, Margaret Josephine Smith. Funeral Mass will be 11:00AM Saturday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with Father Mark Sappenfield officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn New York.
