MARGIE LAMON REID, died May 11, 2012 at home. She was a native of Gleason, TN. Funeral services will be 3:00 Wednesday at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason with Larry Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Beech Springs Cemetery in Gleason. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna and from 1:00 until service time at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason. Mrs. Reid is survived by her husbnd, Bernard Reid,; children, Michelle Sherwood-Smith (Sean), Dallas, TX, and Robert Craig Sherwood (Starla), LaVergne; mother, Louise Boane, McKenzie, TN; sister, Delois Shaw, Gleason, TN; grandchildren, David Denton (Erica), Casey Denton (Ashley), Greg Sherwood and Chris Sherwood; great grandchildren, Hayden, Adalyn, and Gavin Denton, Natalie and Jayden Sherwood. She was preceded in death by her father, the late Albert Boane. Mrs. Reid was a retired payroll supervisor with the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville.
