Funeral services for Margaret Hoover Todd, age 91, will be held at Woodfin Memorial Chapel on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be an hour before the funeral. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas R. (Billy) Todd; parents, French and Margaret Buchanan Hoover; and brother, French Hoover, Jr. and Thomas Hoover. She is survived by son, Thomas R. Todd, Jr. and his wife Kay and daughter, Cynthia Brumfield and her husband, Pat; granddaughters, Anne Marie Todd and her husband Brian Gerkey; Claire Emerson and her husband George; Nora Todd and her husband Greg Regan; Lila Todd; Louise Harris and her husband Tyler; and Rachel Brumfield Gordon and her husband Daniel; sisters, Mary Johnson, Helen Nipper and Caroline Hawk. She was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State College and taught school for 38 years. Service will be conducted by Daniel Gordon. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family would like to express its appreciation to Sunnington Assisted Living and the staff at Family Staffing Solutions.
