Margaret Jane Miller, age 82, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2012. Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Clarence Curtis, Sr. and Etta Bell Boyd. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Major Jerry Eugene Miller, D.P.S. Retired, daughter Vicki Lynn Miller, and brother Curtis Boyd, Jr. Mrs. Miller is survived by her daughter Janice (Tony) Pharis of Murfreesboro; son Mike (Andi) Miller of Gallatin; brother Robert (Gail) Boyd of Littleton, CO; sister Beverly Bompart of Lincolnton, GA; five grandchildren and one great-grandson. Mrs. Miller was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She actively attended worship services at Northside Healthcare Center and was a member of Shenandoah Baptist Church in Cedar Park, Texas. She was also actively involved in the Lions Club and the D.P.S. Officers Auxiliary and retired after 26 years of service with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Her delightful presence will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Murfreesboro. Dr. Tony Long will officiate. Burial will be 1:00 PM Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, TN. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 PM Friday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Murfreesboro.
