Margaret Agnes Malaga, age 93, passed away peacefully, Saturday, July 09, 2011. A native of Cleveland, Ohio she was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Sophie Ferenchek Kapitan. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Michael Malaga and her sister, Sister Rita Kapitan and her brother Joseph Kapitan. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 6:30 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Father Jacob Dio and Pastor Tony Long will officiate. Burial will follow in Sagamore Hills, Ohio on Thursday morning. Mrs. Malaga is survived by her two sons and daughters in law, Stephen and Lois Malaga and Gerald and Deborah Malaga both of Murfreesboro; a sister, Ann Serafin of Columbus, Ohio; 5 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Mrs. Malaga was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Rose Catholic Church or Cross Way Baptist Church.
