MARGARET JANE BRAGG HITT, age 85, of Murfreesboro died Friday, October 15, 2010. She was a native of Murfreesboro and the daughter of the late Brentz and Maggie Cannady Bragg. Funeral service will be 2:30pm Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, John D. Hitt, daughter, Donna (Fred) Newton of Cottonwood, AZ, grandchildren, Casey (Seanna) Stickney of Murfreesboro, Lee (Becca) Stickney of Brentwood. Mrs. Hitt was a member of the Church of Christ, a 1942 graduate of Central High School and retired from the Civil Service. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
