Maggie Lee Weeks, age 78 of Murfreesboro died Wednesday January 25, 2017. She was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by her parents, Houston and Maggie Bowman Porterfield; brothers, Arnold, Everett, John  Porterfield; sisters, Annie Blair, Pauline, Robinson, Nadine Harrell, Dell Brothers. Mrs. Weeks was a member of Taylors Chapel Baptist Church and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis Weeks; son, Mike Weeks and wife Angela of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Shelby Weeks and her fiancé William Marquette, Anna Weeks and Braxton Weeks; sister, Betty Melton and husband Jack of Winchester brother, Barry Porterfield and wife Betty of Murfreesboro.

Funeral Service 1:00PM Saturday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Coleman Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 9:00AM until 1:00PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel
