MAGDELINE JACOBS CASITY, age 92, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee died Saturday June 14, 2008 at Northside Health Care Center. She was a native of Rutherford County and was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland & Sarah Eula Hoover Jacobs. She is survived by her sister, Mary Novak, Lavergne, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Rev. Frank Blair officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be at 1 pm Tuesday. Mrs. Casity was married to the late Ben Casity. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Katherine Elrod and Dorothy Cawthon and her brothers, Owen Jacobs, Claude Jacobs, John Jacobs, Thurman Jacobs and G. C. Jacobs.
