Lula Faye Carter Grimes, age 87 of Murfreesboro, died Saturday, December 27, 2014. She was a native of Rutherford County and was the daughter of the late Calvin and Elizabeth Puckett Carter. She was also preceded by her daughter Rita Neil Worley. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of funeral service beginning at 2:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Bro. Jimmy Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Grimes is survived by her husband of 68 years, Frank Grimes; daughters, Reba Carol Adams and her husband Rick, Sharon Marie Brown and her husband L.C. all of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Tammy Patterson, Brian Worley, Michael Adams, Curtis Adams, Crystal Andrews, Tyler Adams; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
