Lucille Marie Payne, age 69, of Murfreesboro, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. A native of Boston, MA and long-time resident of Bermuda, she was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Mary Santino Scoppettuolo; and her husband, Anthony Payne. Funeral services will be Thursday at 12:00PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Pastor Freddie Richardson will officiate. Mrs. Payne is survived by her two sons, Damian and Jason Payne; sister, Mary Ann Remsen and two brothers, Gerald and Jim Scoppettuolo. Mrs. Payne was of the catholic faith. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in education and was a retired legal secretary with Conyers, Dill and Pearman Law Firm in Bermuda. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00AM to 12:00PM Thursday before the service at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
