Louise Mitcham, age 95 of Smyrna, formerly of El Dorado, AR. died Saturday at The Waterford Assisted Living. She was a native of Clark County, Arkansas and a daughter of the late Louis and Katie Smith Norton. She was also preceded in death by her husband Walter N. Mitcham in 1987 and a son Tony Mitcham. Mrs. Mitcham is survived by a son Ken Mitcham and his wife Sue of LaVergne; two daughters Linda Riggs and her husband Jimmy Sensing of Smyrna and Nancy Apodaca and her husband Rudy of Austin, TX; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Mrs. Mitcham was a 50-year member of Second Baptist Church in El Dorado and after relocating to Tennessee she became a member of Harpeth Heights Baptist Church, Nashville. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 4, 2014 from 1:00 pm until the time of funeral services beginning at 2:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Her grandson Jared Mitcham will officiate.
