Louella Tincy Carter Potts, age 92, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Friday, October 21, 2011 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. A native of Rutherford County she was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Cornelia Carter; her husband, Leonard Potts; her brothers J.H. Carter and Sam Wesley Carter and her sister, Lorene Curry. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00AM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Steve Potts and Pastor Dave Brown will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Potts is survived by her sister, Margaret Christine Carey Halliburton of Murfreesboro. Mrs. Potts was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. She was employed as a food service worker and was retired from Singer Company. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held Saturday from 9:00AM until service time.
