Loretta Holland Bell age 89 of Smyrna, passed away Tuesday December 16, 2014. A native of Hickman County, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Frances Clark Holland. She is also preceded in death by her husband; Kenneth Ray Bell. Funeral service will be 10:00am Saturday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna with Brother Ron Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30pm in Nunnley Cemetery in Nunnley, Tennessee. Family will serve as pallbearers. Mrs. Bell is survived by her sons; Ronald Bell of Tacoma, Washington, Kenneth Bell and his wife Jane of Smyrna, grandchildren; Kenneth Bell Jr. and his wife Caroline, Derek Bell all of Murfreesboro, Brian Bell and his wife Stephanie of Smyrna, 2 step-grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sister; Geraldine Johnson of Smyrna, and her brother; Russell Holland of Dickson. Mrs. Bell was a member of Old Jefferson Church of Christ. She had a love of music and song. She was also one of the original Rosie the Riveter during World War II. Visitation will be 4:00pm until 8:00pm Friday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna.
