LORENE BOLES SMITH, died Tuesday January 27, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Benton M. Boles and Mary Jane Gore Neal. Her husband was the late Joseph John Smith. She is survived by her son; Keith Paul Smith his wife Claudia; child Jacqueline, Neal David Smith and his wife Sharon and children, Joshua Ryan and Lauren Rachel. Mrs. Smith spent her working life in the Mental Health field. She was an avid Democrat, a member of the Womans Club, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Daughters of the Colonies. Her pride in Murfreesboro was the generosity given to people, especially children in need. Memorial service will be 7:00PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Bob Pondillo officiating.
