LONNIE GENE BUTCHER, age 44, of Readyville, died Friday, October 17, 2008. He was a native of Rutherford County and the son of the late Dorris Butcher. He was also preceded in death by his step father: Big Jim Webb, and nieces: Melissa Butcher Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his Mother: Betty Lane Webb of Hendersonville, brothers: Johnny Butcher of Murfreesboro, Ronnie Butcher of Kittrell, and Donnie Butcher of Sparta, nieces and nephews: Nick Butcher, Julie Benson both of Garland, TX, Jackson Butcher, Greggory Butcher, Issac Butcher all of Sparta, Lindsay Sullivan of Woodbury, Amber Butcher of Murfreesboro, special niece: Ashley Butcher of Murfreesboro, great nieces and nephews: Emily, Hannah, and Austin Sullivan of Woodbury, MiKayla and Brayden Benson of Garland, TX, uncle: Petie Bowling of Murfreesboro, aunt: Tiny Lester of Murfreesboro, and Katie his dog. Mr. Butcher was a member of the Dillon Street Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Mike Lane, Van Caffey, Wayne Taylor, Greg Lane, and Ken Lane.
