Mrs. Lois Faye Simons, age 83, of Smyrna, TN passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025. She was born in Nebraska to the late Arlene and Leona Peterson Ulrich. Mrs. Simons enjoyed sitting on her front porch talking to her neighbors. She loved to brag about her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Simons is survived by her children, Randy Claussen and his wife Dawn, JoDee Orgell, and Kimberly Tomlinson and her husband Keith; grandchildren, Derek Claussen and his fiancée Abby, Amber Wells and her husband Hunter, Brandt Claussen, Kayla Wubbena, and Jeff Orgell; and great grandchildren, Marshall, Zack, Ryker, Easton, and Emberlynn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl A. Simons; sister, Sharon Thrown; son, Bryan Claussen; and daughter-in-law, Beth Claussen.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, February 7, 2025 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:00am at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery.
