LINDA ALICE WORSTALL age 64 of Smyrna, died Sunday October 16, 2011. A native of Edmonton, KY, she was the daughter of the late Rufus and Helen McCawley Fields. Mrs. Worstall is survived by her husband of 26 years, Ronald Worstall, daughter Stephanie and her husband Anthony Zaloudek of IL. her two grandchildren Melanie and Dominic Zaloudek of IL., sister Gertie Poynter of KY. She was preceded in death by a sister Ethel Fisher. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until service time at 12:00 noon Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna.
