Mrs. Linda Sue Davenport Heath, age 55 of Smyrna, Tn. died Saturday, May 10, 2008 at St. Thomas Hospital. She was a native of Wilson County. She is survived by her husband, Jim Heath; mother, Mamie Davenport Bowman; step children, Phillip & Matthew Heath, Smyrna; sisters, Audrey Ann Snyder, Lascassas and Janice Rogers, Murfreesboro; brothers, Robert Davenport, Dublin, Georgia and Roger Davenport, Murfreesboro. She was preceded in death by her father the late Aubrey Davenport and her brother Perry Davenport who died in 1976. Funeral services will be at 11 am Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Tony Hutson and Phillip Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be 4-8 pm Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Mrs. Heath was a member of the Middle Tennessee Baptist Church and a home maker.
