Linda J. Dumat, age 71 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Sunday September 16, 2012. A native of Celina, TN, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clay and Nora Fleming Swann. Mrs. Dumat was also preceded in death by her brothers, James and Wayne Swann and by a sister, Inez Mytinger. Mrs. Dumat is survived by a son and daughter in-law, Anthony and Ashley Dumat and by a grandson, Robert Clay Dumat all of Murfreesboro, TN Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel with Brother David Young and Brother Julian Goodpaster officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Dumat was a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ. She retired from the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center after 30 years as a psychiatric nurse. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at WOODFIN MEMORIAL CHAPEL. 893-5151.
