LINDA J. DOUTHIT, of the Arrington community, went to be with the Lord on May 18, 2010, following a three-year battle with cancer. She was born in Madison, TN, on September 22, 1949, to W.P and Eleanor Lyell, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Mark; a son, Andrew, of Nashville; a daughter, Karen(Chris)Mazzella, of Thompsons Station; a sister, Susan White, of Maryville; two grandchildren, Johnathan and Isabelle Mazzella; one niece; and two nephews. She was a member of the Concord Road Church of Christ and had been employed in the legal field in Franklin for many years. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 21, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, with Bro. David Young officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
